These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute a legal agreement between you and Craze Studio and its affiliates, binding on you and Craze Studio and its affiliates, and governing your use of the Site and Services. By using the Website or accessing the Services, you agree to accept and comply with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Craze Studio reserves the right at its sole discretion to change, amend, add to or subtract from these Terms and any part of the Privacy Policy at any time by displaying the amended Terms directly on the Service. We may notify material changes by email. By continuing to use the Services, you are deemed to have accepted such changes. Unless otherwise stated, all revised terms take effect 30 days after initial publication.

Craze Studio grants you limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable rights and licenses to use the Site and Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes such as accessing, viewing or playing the content, posting or submitting user content using embedded link functionality, submitting orders or obtaining information.
You may not: sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, or otherwise transfer the Application or Service; change, adjust, decompile or reverse engineer the Application, or attempt to obtain source code; create derivative works; or use the Application or Services for purposes not expressly stated. You may not change, remove or hide copyright or other notices on the Site, or reproduce, alter, display, publish, distribute, transmit or otherwise communicate any content without prior written consent. Illegal or prohibited use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Copyright Infringement
Caze Studio responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement (e.g., under the DMCA). If you believe in good faith that content infringes your copyright, send a notice including: your physical/electronic signature; identification of the infringing content with sufficient detail; and your name, address, phone number, and email. If you believe a notice was sent in error, you may send a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices should be sent to crazestudio2025@gmail.com with “Notice of copyright infringement” in the subject line.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized software/bots, reverse engineer, interfere with security or normal operation, use the game for unlawful or abusive purposes, or copy/distribute/sell the game or its content without permission.
Advertisements & Analytics
Card Craze - Trendy Solitaire is free and may display advertisements and use analytics tools to measure and improve the experience. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
No Accounts / No User Content
We do not provide user accounts and do not allow user-generated content uploads or public commenting features.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craze Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Craze Studio from claims arising out of your use of the game or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons.
Force Majeure
Craze Studio is not liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control (acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, trade bans, actions of authorities, changes in laws, fires, floods, accidents, infrastructure failures, lockouts or strikes).
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of TBD_GOVERNING_LAW. Replace with the confirmed jurisdiction.
